Hi all, I have been popping into to See May, for over 6 years now ever since my right Shoulder, had a tear and my muscles and tendons needed some serious help. My back became out of alignment and my shoulders were still in pain from osteopathic work until I started having regular Monthly shoulder and back massages from May alone, within 6 months of work, I could rotate my right arm over my shoulders again properly without major pain, within a year the pain had gone completely. No more shoulder issues. My job involves heavy lifting so back ache is another issue many suffer with so daily and weekly. So once a month for over three years I have attended many monthly sessions to have myself fixed by May. The other ladies are very good but when you know someone who really gets to know your muscle memory so to speak you tend to stay steadfast with the Best Massage you can get and May is more than qualified and can and is at a Teacher training level. The laughter and friendly atmosphere is beautiful trait also, it helps you relax. Having fallen off my bike recently, I began to experience lower back pain and I was having increasingly difficult in sleeping. Laying down flat was so painful in my back muscles. After putting up with the pain for a few days I decided to make a call into Smui Thai massage to explore what could be done for me. It was recommended for me to have an hour of Thai Sport Massage which was conducted by May, the owner.
